Konecta earns Best Place to Work certification in Romania and in Albania for 2024

Konecta ‘s Italian Speaking Market Unit has received two Best Place To Work certifications in 2024 for its operations in Romania and Albania. These new certifications are a testament to Konecta’s sustained commitment to creating a work environment where our people feel valued, supported and engaged.

Best Places to Work is an international HR certification program providing employers in different countries with the opportunity to learn more about their employees’  engagement and job satisfaction, and honoring those employers who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards in relation to working conditions. The certification is based upon robust surveys and analysis of feedback from employees, taking into account various aspects such as leadership, work-life balance, professional growth, compensation and benefits.

Konecta Albania received the BEST PLACE TO WORK certification for the 5th consecutive year, while Konecta’s operation in Romania has been declared a BEST PLACE TO WORK for the fourth time.
