Madrid, March 14, 2025. At the fifth edition of Iberdrola's Telemarketing Awards, held during the Call Talent event, Konecta won the "Best Telemarketing Provider 2024" award, alongside accolades in six additional categories.
The awards ceremony, held at Iberdrola's Innovation and Training Campus in San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid), aims to recognize telemarketing providers who worked with the company throughout 2024. Presented by David Antón and Óscar Pascual, from Iberdrola's Telemarketing team, together with Maitante Anguiano, Iberdrola Spain’s Customer Service Manager. Anguiano started the gala by welcoming Manuel Solé, Iberdrola's Sales Manager, who highlighted the challenging nature of telemarketing services and thanked providers for their daily dedication to overcoming these difficulties. "We love it because it's hard," Solé remarked, emphasizing Iberdrola's commitment to excellence in the field.
In addition to receiving the main award, Konecta was also recognized in several categories:
During the ceremony, Enrique García Gullón, CEO of Konecta Iberia, received the awards and underscored their significance to the company. He expressed gratitude for the commitment and effort of the talented individuals working across Konecta's platforms: "None of these achievements would be possible without them."
The gala concluded with an inspiring address by Teresa Fernández Perales, Spanish Paralympic swimmer, writer, and winner of the Princess of Asturias Award for Sports. Accompanied by Óscar Pascual and David Antón, Teresa shared life lessons on personal growth, by facing challenges with resilience and determination; motivation, through strategies for maintaining a positive attitude and achieving goals; and leadership, with teachings on how to lead by example and inspire others.
Following Teresa's address and Maitante Anguiano’s closing remarks, attendees enjoyed a networking session. The gathering, complemented by a festive cocktail reception, celebrated the awardees' accomplishments and provided an opportunity to share experiences, strengthen relationships, and reflect on the gala's core values.
